How many Original Birria Bombs come in an order?

TWO! Two Original Birria Bombs can season 5-6 lbs. of meats. For smaller gatherings, a single Original Birria Bomb is recommended. Each Bomb is suitable for 2-3 lbs. of meat. To preserve the best flavor, avoid surpassing 6 lbs.

What is your products shelf life?

Our bombs maintain peak freshness for 3 months. Store in a cool, dry place with packet sealed.

Can I change or cancel an order once it’s been placed?

In our dedication to fast shipping, we try to ship most orders the same day. We can't guarantee changes or cancellations, but we're here to support you. Contact us within 15 minutes for any needed adjustments.

Do you offer returns, refunds or exchanges for online orders?

Once perishable items are shipped, they are considered final sale. No returns or refunds will be available for shipped orders.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information,
mistakes on the part of our shipping partners’ employees or similar reasons.

How can I track my order?

Once your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with tracking information that will be updated with expected delivery once the carrier picks the package up.

Where do you ship? [includes U.S. Military Shipping information]

We ship everywhere in the United States including all overseas U.S. Military Installations. When shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses overseas, you can choose from any USPS shipping options.

What is your delivery time?

During checkout, you will see all shipping carrier options with pricing and expected delivery times. These delivery times are an estimate based on your location.

We ship domestically within the United States with USPS using the following mail types:

Ground Advantage

  • 2-5 business days
  • Delivers Monday-Saturday (with limited exceptions)

Priority Mail

  • 1-3 business days
  • Delivers Monday-Saturday (with limited exceptions)

Priority Mail Express

  • 1-2 business days
  • Delivers 7 days a week, 365 days a year (with limited exceptions)
  • Holiday delivery available in many major markets for an additional fee

Can I ship to an address that is different from the billing address?

Certainly! You can ship to an address other than the billing address. For instance, if you would like your order delivered to a different address or to a relative rather than your home, input the relevant information during checkout.

I need to change an address on my order. How do I do this?

It is recommended to contact us at 928-388-8194 within 15 minutes of placing your order for any shipping address modifications.

In our commitment to prompt shipping, we strive to ship most orders on the same day. Once an order has been shipped, changes cannot be made. Refunds are not offered for incorrect shipping information.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have an international shipping option online. Please email us and we are happy to check out the options and provide you with a shipping quote!

Thankfully there are no customs duties to pay across the EU, US and many countries. In other locations your order may be subject to customs fees imposed by your countries' authorities. Please check your countries' tariffs for importing from the US before placing an order. VAT: The prices listed on our website exclude local Value Added Tax (VAT). Customers are responsible for any additional charges upon delivery and will be charged directly by the courier based upon your local VAT rules.

My package has shipped but I have not received it - What should I do?

Once packages have been shipped, delivery times are out of our control. You should have received a tracking number via email once your shipping label was created. For any delivery issues or concerns, please contact USPS directly with that tracking number.

Note: Packages going to certain places (including Alaska, Hawaii, and offshore destinations) may receive slower service.
