I have made Birria for my family multiple times. First I did the long way by boiling the chilies and then cooking the meat for 2.5 hrs. Now with your Birria bombs and the instant pot it takes a fraction to make it all the time for my family, and they love them. Thank you for this quick invention. My wife said she’s may just attempt to make them by herself without me having to take the reins next time, thanks to your Birria bombs invention and your simple instructions. I am a very picky eater when I order stuff online I always expect for the worst but hope for the best but let me tell you hands-down. This is the best thing I’ve ever bought food wipe online. We bought three orders every single time I made this for my wife or family. They were go crazy. The last one we made we have people over from out of state and it finished in less than an hour. We didn’t have to add anything just the cabbage if you wanted to, and that was one particular family member he thought it was pozole.! Smh lol
